Transport phenomena in the brain vascular network

Recently, I have started working on hybrid pore-network/homogenized continuum models to describe transport phenomena in large cerebral vascular networks. This work is being done in collaboration with S. Lorthois (GEMP) and M. Quintard (GEMP).

Inertial flow in porous media

We are collaborating with F. Duval (IRSN Cadarache), M. Quintard (GEMP) and O. Simonin (IMFT) on a project aiming at developing models describing dust explosion.

Crystallization in glass for radioactive waste storage

We have a project with researchers from the CEA of Marcoule and Saclay that aims at developing models for describing the effect of crystallization on the glass effective properties.
